We collect the information you give us directly: your name, service address, phone number, email address, number and names of dogs, gate or access instructions, and any notes you share. If you pay online, payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.

We use your information to schedule and perform service, route our crews, send arrival and completion notifications, send invoices and receipts, apply referral credits, and respond to questions. With your consent, we may occasionally send service updates or seasonal promotions.

Text and call communications

By providing a phone number, you agree that we may contact you by call or text about scheduling and service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts; this does not affect service-critical contact by phone.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as scheduling software, payment processing, and email or text delivery, and only as needed to perform those functions. We may disclose information if required by law.

Photos of your property

Our crews may take before-and-after photos to document service quality. We will not publish identifiable images of your home or yard for marketing without your written permission.

Data retention and security

We keep customer records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, warranty, and dispute purposes. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.

Your choices
